Colours
Solverapid Ltd has taken great care with the colours of our products, as they appear online. The limitations of Internet browsers and monitor settings may mean a slight variation. This is unavoidable, but we are confident that customers will be extremely pleased with their order when received.

Ordering
Ordering is easy, decide on the design you like and add to basket, then fill in your details on the online order form. Credit cards/ Debit cards: Your card details are not seen by Solverapid. For your security the payment area of the site is encrypted and secure. Cheques: Please make cheques payable to Solverapid Ltd. Print the order form, fill it in and post to Solverapid Ltd., 39 Rollestone Road, Holbury, Southampton, Hants SO45 2HB. Please allow 5 days for cheques to clear before orders are printed and dispatched.

Delivery
We offer three delivery types:

• Standard UK Delivery (Free)
  All items are sent by standard UK First Class main. Solverapid aim to process your order the same day. Orders are normally dispatched and received within 5 to 7 business days (Mon-Fri). Banners and posters are mailed to you in a long tube and will not fit through a standard letterbox. Please give an address where there will be someone to accept delivery. The Royal Mail will return items to the local sorting office for collection if nobody is able to accept delivery.
  
• Special UK Delivery (£5.50)
  For items required within 2-4 business days, please select this option. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery/Courier at an extra cost of £5.50 (UK only) and delivered before 1pm. You will receive and email confirming the date of delivery. All items will require a sigature upon delivery. The Royal Mail will not leave parcels without a signature and will return undelivered items to the local sorting office for collection. If parcels are not collected within 7 days they are returned to sender.
  
• Saturday Delivery (£7.50)
  If you require a Saturday delivery (delivered before 1pm) there will be a charge of £7.50 for delivery. All items will require a signature upon delivery and will be returned to the local sorting office if undeliverable. Parcels not collected within 7 days are returned to sender.

Prices
All prices are in pounds sterling. Prices are fully inclusive, postage and packing is free. Orders are subject to availability. In the unlikely event goods are unavailable, the customer will be notified by email or telephone. Prices and availability information is subject to change without notice. Acceptance of your order and prices will be confirmed on receipt of your order.

Cancellations
All orders may be cancelled. You must inform us prior to printing and despatch, usually within 24 hours of receipt of your payment. The order will be fully refunded within 30 days of the order being cancelled.

Guarantee
Solverapid Ltd. makes every effort to ensure each order is correct. If the goods received are not what the customer ordered, please contact us immediately and return the faulty item(s) to us. We will replace the item(s) or refund the cost of the item(s) and return postage. Be sure to check all spellings and information before placing your order, we cannot replace or refund any banners or posters if the details supplied were incorrect.

Returns & Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, we will make every effort to reprint and dispatch the order in time for your event. If this not possible we will refund the cost of your order and return postage. To obtain a reprint or refund contact us immediately and return your purchase for checking.
